Q: Is this service entirely free?
    A: Yes it sure is. Each account is given 50 free SMS credits. After you run out, you can either purchase SMS credits or refer your friends with the specified URL. You receive 15 SMS Credits PER each unique member referral. You can also go VIP which adds 250 SMS Credits to your account.

Q: I really don't want to give my information (cell phone #) away... is it safe to do so?
    A: The only part on our website which requires your cellphone number is for VIP accounts' Inbox function. This shows all text messages sent to your cellphone through our website. You do not have to do this. But, we will never share or spam your cellphone number. Nobody will ever even see it.

Q: What is the coverage like for sending text messages?
    A: As long as you know the carrier of the person you're sending the message to, you should be fine :) We cover over 200 worldwide carriers which can be seen here

Q: I'm receiving abusive/annoying/spam on my cellphone from this website. What do i do?
    A: Email us immediately with your cellphone number and the content of the abusive/spam/annoying text message you received and we will investigate & not allow any text messages to be sent to your cellphone from our website along with ban the offending user if necessary.
